A 10-year Economic Development Movement to unlock Deoria’s full potential — led by Shashank Mani, Member of Parliament and powered by the Deoria Development Alliance and 2.8 million citizens.
Amrit Prayas is a 10-year Economic Development Strategy for Deoria Lok Sabha. It aims to increase the Lok Sabha's gross domestic product (GDP) growth rate to ~9.2% annually over the next decade, 3.5% more than traditional rates, generate 170,000 additional employment, keeping environmental sustainability in mind while releasing Human Potential.
Furthermore, we seek to do this in an inclusive manner by having a village and cluster level implementation plan. A visionary and ambitious project as Amrit Prayas will require a whole-of-society effort with the private sector, the public sector and the citizens coming together for implementation

Value Added Agriculture
Focuses on shifting to high-value crops like vegetables, fruits, turmeric, and pulses, while improving livestock productivity through better goat, buffalo, and poultry farming practices.
Tourism, Hospitals & Education
Builds tourism circuits, wellness destinations, hotel chains, multispecialty hospitals, and PPP-based educational institutions to strengthen the region’s service infrastructure.
Agro-processing Clusters
Develops processing units for oil, packaged food, banana and turmeric products, sugar, rice, and dairy, along with biomass power — adding value to local produce and generating rural jobs.
Exporting Human Capital;
ITO/ BPO and GCC
Equips local youth for global employment through skill training and sets up ITO, BPO, and GCC service hubs to drive tech-enabled job creation.

Promotes job-intensive industries like apparel, footwear, packaging, motors, pipes, and basic medical supplies to build a scalable manufacturing base.
Electronics, Defence, Space & Energy Clusters
Positions Deoria as a high-tech hub by attracting investments in electronics, drones, defence, and space tech, while promoting decentralized clean energy solutions.
